Assistant Sales Manager ,Security 1 position
Summary of job duties and responsibilities:
The main function of this position includes leading the sales function and formulating sales strategy for Commercial Security, developing sale forecast, budget and manpower plans, supervising and training distributors and/or sales force to achieve the sale targets, pursuing key prospects, negotiating and construct appropriate sales terms.
Responsibilities:

Managing a team of senior sale representatives, sales representative and associates.

Interfaces with senior local management; ongoing contact with major customers; resolves customer complaints; represents the company at external events; act as part of the local management team.

Planning; assigning and directing team members on day-to day and project work; conducting performance reviews; providing training opportunities; communicating to team members on company sales strategies and direction.

Developing new business leads through contacts with community and business groups, current customers and etc.

Oversee the coordination of sales and customer service activities as well as cross sales activities to ensure that both groups are working effectively to meet customer expectations..
Qualifications requirements:

Bachelor degree in a technical or business disciplines or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years sales management experience in similar environment or industry.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English Language

A self-motivated, energetic team player with business acumen, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within and across direct management lines.
