Engineering Manager, Fire 1 position

Summary of job duties and responsibilities:
Provide technical direction and business guidance to the engineering team. Proactively develops and maintains a team of high-performing Pre-sales Engineers and Post sales engineers and continually seeks innovative methods for improving team performance and profitability.






Responsibilities:

  1. Building the engineering , Estimating and CAD structure to scale and grow with the strategy of the company
  2. Work jointly with sales organization to create a territory plan and adding own knowledge of local market deman
  3. Create technical resource plan by vertical and technology
  4. Understand mechanisms for building team capacity and improving team performance. Align resources to deliver on commitments and drive results
  5. Lead team to technical account strategies that align to customer requirements and goals, assign resources appropriately

Qualifications requirements:
  1. Male/Female, age 35 – 45.
  2. Engineering graduated.
  3. At least 10 years experience on Fire Protection/Suppression and Fire Alarm Systems design.
  4. Good command in both written & spoken English.
  5. Administration and organization
  6. Fire protection/Suppression and Fire Alarm systems International code/standard e.g. NFPA and Local regulations.
  7. Computer skill, excel, words, Microsoft project, estimating software.
  8. Advance if can use AutoCAD software.

Assistant Sales Manager ,Security 1 position

Summary of job duties and responsibilities:
The main function of this position includes leading the sales function and formulating sales strategy for Commercial Security, developing sale forecast, budget and manpower plans, supervising and training distributors and/or sales force to achieve the sale targets, pursuing key prospects, negotiating and construct appropriate sales terms.





Responsibilities:

  1. Managing a team of senior sale representatives, sales representative and associates.
  2. Interfaces with senior local management; ongoing contact with major customers; resolves customer complaints; represents the company at external events; act as part of the local management team.
  3. Planning; assigning and directing team members on day-to day and project work; conducting performance reviews; providing training opportunities; communicating to team members on company sales strategies and direction.
  4. Developing new business leads through contacts with community and business groups, current customers and etc.
  5. Oversee the coordination of sales and customer service activities as well as cross sales activities to ensure that both groups are working effectively to meet customer expectations..
Qualifications requirements:
  1. Bachelor degree in a technical or business disciplines or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum 5 years sales management experience in similar environment or industry.
  3. Proficiency in both written and spoken English Language
  4. A self-motivated, energetic team player with business acumen, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
  5. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within and across direct management lines.

Design Engineer , Security 2 positions

Responsibilities:

  1. System design, estimate cost and present Audio/Visual and Security product.
  2. Provide the product training to related team.
  3. Take charge of all the correspondence and filing.
  4. Take ownership of any ad-hoc events assigned.Experience/




Qualifications requirements:
  1. Male or Female, Thai Nations, not over 35 years.
  2. Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related filed.
  3. 2-3 years experience in supervision of technical, design, product presentation in Security & Communication System such as CCTV, MATV, PA Sound, Access Control, Burglar Alarm, Electronic Article System and other Special Security Product.
  4. Good command of both spoken and written English.
  5. Good Excel, Word and Auto-CAD

  1. Identifying and quoting on sales opportunities with prospective Determine what are the products and/or services may be applicable to each client situation; may be conducting cold calling activities by phone or person.
  2. Conducting direst sales activities and working to meet assigned sales quotas within a prescribed territory.
  3. Answering routine inquires regarding the company’s products/services.
  4. Presenting sale prospects showcasing the benefits of the products/services.
  5. Following up with prospects.
  6. Preparing contracts for closing the sale orders.
  7. Process the work orders and completing all papers

Qualifications requirements:
  1. Bachelor Degree in a business discipline or equivalent qualification.
  2. Minimum 2 year sales experience in similar environment or industry.
  3. Proficiency in written and/or spoken English and/or Japanese
  4. Own personal car

Responsibilities:

  1. Leading & Coordinating Teams for Control Implement all work for fire protection and Fire Detection system
  2. Handle & Coordinate with customer on engineering terms that beyond Service Leader's skill
  3. Verify & Support service report
  4. Support team with engineering knowledge
  5. Supervise service maintenance work support.
  6. Lead site survey and sale supports.
Qualifications requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years experience with Service maintenance or Fire detection system
  2. Engineering Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical,
  3. Knowledgeable in Electrical or Electronic, preferential in Fire Alarm and fire protection application
  4. Good discipline, integrity and commitment
  5. Good in problem solving and troubleshooting
  6. Good in human relationship and teamwork
  7. Good English communication
